NEW Shipping Rates and Lockdown Click & Collect

Most boring blog post ever alert, with a photo of me in a previous life as a Postie to add a little bit of chilly glamour...

 

Most items that you order will be sent to you directly by the artist, designer or brand who designed, created or made your product, some items are sent directly by us at The Bristol Shop, in both cases this results in faster delivery times for you, and your order may arrive in several packages.

Some of our items are handmade to order, however everything is shipped within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Shipping Rates

UK Shipping:
If your item is made to order, shipping is the fastest option for you.
All of our greetings cards and many of our items are free to send anywhere in the UK.
 
There's a small delivery charge for some items:  
Large Letters - £1.50
Standard Parcels - £4.85
International shipping can be arranged for most products, if you would like something delivered outside of the UK, please email nicola@eclecticgiftshop.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this extra service for you.

Lockdown Click & Collect

If your item is made to order, the quickest option is to have your order posted directly to you. If you opt for Click & Collect, please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready to pick up.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am - 2pm 

RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you change your mind, you can return all or part of your order to us and receive a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Please email nicola@eclecticgiftshop.co.uk 


Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. The order will remain your responsibility while in transit so we recommend returning any unwanted items via tracked delivery. 


Face Coverings, Skin Care, Earrings and custom items that have been made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty, but please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
