Shipping and Returns

First Class UK Shipping:

Shipping is free for most items. Some items incur a charge and the maximum you will pay for shipping is £4.

Every item is shipped directly by the artist who designed or made your product, so please note that orders may arrive in several packages.

Everything is dispatched within 1-3 working days (not including weekends), unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy, you can return all, or part, of your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of placing your order.

Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. The returned items will remain your responsibility while in transit so we recommend returning any unwanted items via recorded delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
