DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping is free for most items. There's a small delivery charge for some items and this is calculated at checkout.
We aim to ship to you as quickly as possible and most items are usually made and dispatched within 1 - 5 business working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Everything is shipped via Royal Mail so please do allow extra time for your delivery as they are sometimes experiencing delays due to increased demand.
Every item is lovingly made, packaged and posted by each business owner. If you order items by more than one business owner, your items will arrive in separate packages. You will receive a notification when your whole order is on its way.
SORRY - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DURING THE PANDEMIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
We hope you are completely satisfied with your items, but if you change your mind, you can return the item to us for a full refund within 30 days of placing your original order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your items, or would like to return part, or all, of your order.
Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The item will remain your responsibility while in transit so we recommend returning any unwanted items via recorded delivery.
Face Coverings, Skin Care, Earrings and personalised items that have been made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty, but please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
